At Fresh Roasted Coffee, we want you to love every cup; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that any coffee bags remain unopened and equipment includes all original parts and manuals.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our roasting facility.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
